Continuing education is extremely important to Home Inspectors as the Maryland Commission of Home Inspectors requires a minimum of 15 hours per year in approved continued education credits to renew their Home
Inspector License. As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector a member must complete 24 hours of continued education credits per year to maintain member in good standing status. I personally enjoy continued educational courses and often exceed the required amount of credits in order to further my knowledge to better serve my clients.
Quigley Home Inspections uses the latest technology in reporting software.
Using the information I gather during the inspection I create a detailed report that includes color photos and captions of the current condition of all of the home’s components. I email the report to the client within 24 hours of the inspection, often the same day.
“Our Ethics Exceed the Standard”
I perform each and every inspection and service offered personally.
Quigley Home Inspections is a family owned and operated company that is dedicated to our client’s best interests.
